A long blue dress with a nice sihouette
In the back of the mirror, she'll soon forget
The cuts on her legs, the pain has left
She sits alone, in the old blue dress
Deprived of the joy that she once had
No one asks how her day went
She waited and waited but no one came and
So she got out of bed for one last dance
In circles she sways to the song's quiet beat
She secretly prays this is what she needs
But In her chest her heart still screams
Because all she has is the old blue dress.
