M'kay here is my RPC.

-Name: Plague Windscar

-Nickname: Twilight Shooter/Oni.

-Race: Twili (Twilight Elf)

-Age: 16

-Job: Traveler

-Likes: Food, magic, marksmanship,swordsmanship friends, animals.

-Dislikes: Anyone/ anything that will hurt his friends, being stereo-typed as his past life (Oni),vegitables.

-Weakness: His niceness, the light and childish attitude.

-Personality: Happy-go-lucky, care free, cocky, selfless.

-Unique Traits: Plague can rip a portal to the Twilight Relam and back to the Light Relam. He can teleport but he dosen't quite have the hang of it yet. He can also can enchat his weapons Twilight power. During day time he has to hide in a person, animal or object's shadow. When angered he is over shadowed by Oni's spirit.

Weapons: A long sword, a dagger and a old-stlye pistol.

-History: Plague was born as a Twili( A twilight elf). A banished clan from the Twilight relam. But not just any Twili. He is the recarnation of a fearsome Twili. The Twili he was, was named Oni. Oni was an evil Twili bent on controling everything. He was known for his dead eye shot and magic power. His nickname was the Twilight Shooter. That name was passed down to Plague. His life goal is to prove to everyone that he is not like Oni, he wants to be diffrent and help people.
But unfortunatly when he is angered to great extent he acts exactly like Oni. Like he is being over shadowed or something. All everyone ever did was stereo-type him and assume he was evil and like Oni in everway. Many of the elder Twili said it was doomsday when Plague was born. He was almost killed on several occasions. The only other thing Plague is remebered for within his own culture was for his quote. "Love me, hate me, but please...just look at me." So someone did. And elderly Twili named Reno showed him love. Thats how Plague found his personality that he has now.
He was born not knowing who has parents were. The Twili are supposed to be extinct but the few left started to reproduce. The reason they were banished was do too their gross misuse of their power and magic. He has some odd experiences as a child with magic and such. He travels all around the Twilight Relam as well as the Light Relam, (In the day he has to hide in people's shadows). But at night he freely roams the light relam as he pleases. Currently he can be found...pretty much anywhere. All you gotta do is look real hard and you can find him.

-Appearance: Short spikey blue and white hair that goes into a long ponytail the hair looks like flowing plasma. Golden eyes and pointed ears (Elf like). A red scar cut under the right eye. Jet black and snow white skin. Not just two seprate colors in one spot, all over his body they blend. His canine teeth are pointed to an almost fang like apperance. Green marks like connecting tatoos(lines then squares) going up his arms and legs, the color pulses from light green, green, then dark. Much like the pattern of his hair (Plasma). A grey tunic with a dark red long sleeve underneath one side. Dark blue fingerless gloves on each hand. He wears jeans that look they have taken a beating. One of the legs is cut like shorts. A black leather belt with a broken heart belt buckle. He wears black and blue shoes. Has a small, suitable dagger in his belt, a pistol attached to the side of his leg and a long sword in a red and blue sheath on his back.
