After the Ball was over...
Well, that went... interestingly. Yes, there were server errors and downtime, but with almost thirty thousand users hammering the site at the peak of the event (that's ten thousand more than the Hallowe'en 2004 event's peak), it's not entirely surprising. The plot development was cool, and adds an extra dimension to the events.
And it is apparent that the Von Helson sisters are easily becoming the most loathed NPCs on GAIA, which amuses me greatly. They're so mean!
biggrin I think I'm going to leave GD for tonight so the post-event frenzy can die down, then properly clean up the forum tomorrow morning, when all the North Americans are asleep.
