I have my key to staying in Monte Vista, and it is this:
Open Enrollment.
I have a very good standing with the district, hell, you can ask my teachers. They love me. Except maybe my band teacher. But he's got way more than 36 students a class, so meh. >_>;
They also have to consider it, as part of policy, and if they don't let me stay because of that 'in the area' bullshit, I'm going to appeal, because Dougherty Valley doesn't have the courses or funding for the stuff I want/need. [Like band in general, marching band (hell, even if they have the band, they won't have a guard), Mock Trial, and some clubs that mean quite a bit to me, such as GSA.]
