Lets try and start this from the beginning shall we 3nodding ?

On Friday, mom and I went and washed clothes at the Laundrymat but when we went to pull out the clothes from the dryer they weren't done. What happened was when they jacked up the price to the dryers they also lowered the temp so you haveto spend more money to get your s**t dry stressed . It was 11:30 at night and said f this and left to dry the clothes at home. So I had stayed up from 11:45 pm to almost 6 am drying cloths at home (we had bout the equivilant of 9 loads but only about 3 load were done). The moral of that story, the laundry people must die stressed .

Well Saturday came around and I wasn't up for jack because I had only got a hour of sleep (crashed at 6 work up at 8 ) crying . Fast forward to me at work and this is where everything goes south. I was nooding off, fell asleep on the toilet, and was pretty much screwing up left and right as a result of my lack of recharge time. Then this lady comes in five wanting to return a PSP Scan Disk 512MB Memory Stick because her son is a idiot and can't work it right.

Well store policy is we can give full refunds on items that have not been opened and guess what, THE MEMORY STICK WAS OPENED! eek Now on top of that, we can't take back/exchange/trade in the Sticks because there is a recall on them and thats that. Don't ask cause I don't know. They don't me the whys and how comes just the information I need to pass off to the customers. Unfotunatly it doesn't say that on the resipts so it's really up to us to let them know that. Well like I said, the Memory Stick had been opened and she wanted to get her sons money back. This is where things fall even further south.

Once we told her that we can not except the Stick she got all yelly and pissy and started causeing the biggest ruckus you have ever seen. She was yelling and cussing and swaring up and down that our store has the worst customer service ever and that she wanted her money back no matter what the receipt that in order to get full credit back, merchandice must be in original pacaging and unopened, teling her son that its ok he will get his money back, blah, blah, blah.

Then she looked at me and said that I had screwed her over on Christmas by not holding onto a PSP and I was wrong for that and I could do is give her this look of shock cause I had no idea wtf was going on. She had said that she called to see if we had any and that I said yes. During the Christmas time, we can't hold onto anything unless they are leaving their place of being and on their way and we can only hold onto said item for a hour (remember this because the end result if quite comical.) She told me her name was Isabell and said that she spoke to me over the phone and all I could say was "I have never seen nor spoken to you before". Like I said, she said it was I she spoke to and I said that there are 3 other black people (4 including me) that work here so I guess she was under the impression that all black people look alike, LOL. Well her reaction to the answer prompted her to ask if they are all big like me and I said one is. She ended that argument with me then and there.

So to try and wrap this up, she ended up getting her money back, stormed out the store in a huff and the son was left beet red redface buying some game and he could do is just appolygies for his mother's actions and then he left.

Now this is the funny part. After a she had left and a couple of customers had cam and went, I went into the back and boss man and I were talking about what just happened. Well, come to find out that this isn't the first time she has done this at our store and many other stores. You remeber the PSP hold, hold for a hour then back on sale, according to boss man she finally showed up 5 HOURS LATER stressed scream . He actually reconnised her and the son so that made it even more comical.

The moral of this story, read your f'in resipts for return polises, yelling at the person who is trying to help you isn't a good idea, and she (and people like her) must die stressed .
