I remember the old days that when you'd get chainletters, there wasn't really a whole lot you could do about it except complain. Now you can actually report them, and it can result in a ban. In fact, if you click "Send to friends" when sending a PM, you get a little warning about such. It bewilders me how, even after that, these chainletters still circulate. I receive a lot of them from one person in general, but I won't use her name. She's like, "sry i hate this but im scared!!!!" Honey, it's not real. It's not real. You're not cursed. Some dead girl that looks like that chick from The Ring is not gonna get you in your sleep. And no, that won't give you luck of any sort, but you'll have pretty bad luck once I report you.

That's the way it goes.
