My favorite part of Cross-Country is the Cheese!
Hah!! It's me!!! Lol! I'm sure everyone wants to hear everyting about me.........right! I'm going to summarize, but when something really exciting happens, I'm going to tell my dog!! Well, I might type it here too!
Valentine's....It went great!
I am extremely happy! Valentine's went really well! I didn't get a single card or any candy and not a petal of a flower. But it was probably one of the best I've ever had! ^.^ heart (And if you want to know why I had such a good V-day, well, only if you ask. Many people don't read my journal, so I see no sense in putting that info in here unless someone asks)
Running update:
Uh... geez. I'm still only running 3 miles a day. I might start bumping up the milage as soon as track starts, but I'm a sprinter! Why do I need to be running 6 miles a day? I should do speed work for all I care. Oh well.

Well, I wanna know why one of my friends had such a great day. Mine was shitty, though, so I don't really want to bring it up.

Endurance is important, though, but speed is just as needed.

I'm the only one reading this... does that make me your stalker?

Well, the two guys I was sitting with in chemistry were acting girlish and passing notes.... and after class my friend asked me out. Hopefully this relationshaip doesn't go as bad as past ones. Maybe I'm just bad luck.

But in endurance(Yes I agree it is good) you use different muscles than when sprinting.

And no, it doesn't make you a stalker. Because we know eachother and talk frequently.

Lucky you. You got a date n.n Of course, it's never fun when the person just asks you to get a quick laugh from someone else, which happened to me a few times when I told them I was going out with someone in Vermont. Of course you know by now that I live in Texas, so you'd likely know what kind of jokes came out of them.

Versatility is just as important as specialty, in my opinion. Better to keep rounded out to avoid weakness, but even then you might face a weakness for having no strengths... which is why it's better to train for one more than the other.

We don't even know each-other's names, though..
