Bitter. The hard taste in her mouth left her shocked and confused. She touched the tree. Her mind gone and her eyes somewhere else. The warm sun on her back hugged her gently. A simple solace. Yet still the sun could not warm her completly. She walked along the path. The breeze brushed her gently, affectionatly. Her lips had seemed to be sewn shut. Her eyes glazed over with a cast of fear. She felt content. The world had to long been a bitter friend. She did not trust it. But she walked with it anyways.
