So, a week or so ago my old processor blew out. gonk Which is why I haven't been on Gaia...almost at all. (A few minutes at my uncle's house, but other than that .... zip.) Thankfully, we now have a new one. It's so quiet. @_@ (As I type you can't even hear it run. Beautiful!~) Whereas the old one would whirr and clank. (KATHUNKARATTA)
The problem with the old one... Well, the cooling fan stopped working. Apparently, that's why the computer kept turning off at random intervals. So we had to get rid of it. The repairmen offered to repair the fan for $200, but they thought the motherboard was busted too...
(Thankfully, I was able to put all of my art and picture files on a backup disc before it shut down completely. hehe ninja )
