Hello Gaia, I am Andrew The Great, and this is my epic journal (as the title may suggest) just so you know I'm dyslexic, so I don't write often, but when I do, I tend to write a lot, also please excuse any spelling errors, I'll use a spell check, but it doesn't catch every thing. I'm going to start this journal off with some basic info on me: My real name is Andrew in case you couldn't figure that out, I live in the small town of Bragg Creek, which is situated half way up a mountain about 35km west by south west of Calgary (which is in Alberta, Canada, for those Americans out there), I attend the Alternative High School (which from this point onwards will be called AHS) (yes 19 and still in high school) of which I am the resident tech and power point operator. So I'm going to tell you a little bit about AHS as its probably the single most important aspect of my life right now, AHS is democratic school, meaning student and teachers have a equal say in any issue, every Friday we have meeting with the entire school population (about 100-120 students and a dozen or so staff members) to vote on any issue that have arisen. As you may have noticed above, AHS has a very small student body, so you pretty much know everyone, the democratic part means that we get to do all sorts of cool stuff which I'll probably write about later, but for new lets move on to Gaia...


Okay, so I've been a Gaian for quite a while now, but so far I haven't really bothered to do much with either my profile or journal. So today I decided to create a completely new profile, I sat down and taught myself CSS, (which is actually really easy as it turns out) fooled around for a few hours, and ended up with something at least moderately cool. So the profiles not complete yet and probably never will be, but in the foreseeable future I plan to upload some pics and make it a whole lot more flashy. please comment on this new profile as I'll most likely be updating it continually and input would be welcome.
Now that the profile done for today, I thought I might as well create a journal to go with it, so please check here occasionally as I'll try to update it with anything interesting that happens in my life, or at the very least post randomly if nothing interesting happens to come my way.
