Sometimes life can be cruel.. and sometimes... it can just end. My very dear friend Ken Norman, 39, died December, 18, 2006 resulting from a heart attack in his sleep. He was a great friend to all and an inspiration to many. He will always be missed by friends and family. And remembered forever. Death is not the end of life... Life is simply the beginning of Death...

	this is my journal.. and just like Mage here says.. it is true.. from the time u r born.. All through life.. You are living, Yes... but at the same time.. u r dying..
