Sabaria's Childhood (a story that I have written,enjoy and COMMENT!)
I grew up in Kanazawa,Japan (Btw,it is a real place) My Mother and Father were vampyres of high standing.The day I was born,a huge Earthquake hit my
hometown.In any other country that would have been a sign of worry,but this is
Japan,things like that were normal here. Four happy years later,my Mother gave
birth to my little sister Chiya. For two years,I and my family's lives seemed like a
dream. But on the night of my 6th birthday,that's when everything changed... My
mother went into the kitchen to get the cake she had baked. After she had put the
finishing touches on it she walked back into the dining hall. My back had been
feeling like my skin was a size too small for the entire day,so I was squirming
around and then suddenly the back of my shirt split and two glossy,beautiful,dark
blue wings were streached out behind me. My Mother stared at me,her eyes wide in
horror. She dropped the cake that she had worked so hard on and just stood
there,still in shock. Next to me in her highchair,my baby sister Chiya started crying.
I patted her on the back,trying to calm her down. As I was patting her back,she
suddenly stopped crying and became still.I pulled my hand back and gasped when I
saw the dagger-like claws that had sprouted out. As I examined them,I saw blood
at the tips of them. I looked at Chiya's back and nearly fainted at the sight of five
deep holes with blood gushing out. Just then,my father walked in to see why Chiya
was crying. He first looked at my mother's expression,then at me and Chiya.
His eyes wide with horror he stuttered,
"This can't be happening. This can't be happening. I just can't believe that my daughter is one of THEM. I thought we were safe,safe from THAT type. So how,why? Honey,is there any of THEIR blood in your side of the family?"
My Mother stood there and stared for a moment,trying to recover from the shock of
me turning into something and accidentally killing Chiyo. Then she whispered,
"Vladmir,what does this mean? Is she what I think she is?"
My Father nodded and yelled,
"OF COURSE SHE IS! WHY ELSE WOULD SHE HAVE WINGS LIKE THAT!? Do you know what this means Camilla?!" she shook her head, "It means we'll be outcast from the Vampyre Society,it means we will be stripped of our standing and all the luxuries that go with it!"
There were a few moments of silence before I got the courage to speak,
"Mom,Dad,what's going on with me? What am I?"
My Mother and Father looked at me as if I had the Plague. Then dad picked up Chiya and said,
"I'm going out Camilla,don't expect me back until late." Mother gasped and exclamed,
"Vladmir,NO! You aren't going to do what I think you're gonna do?!"
My Father grimly nodded and whispered,
"Camilla,it's the only thing I can do. I won't be able to live like that."
My Mother tried to hold my dad back but he flung her against the wall,knocking her out,and walked outside. I looked at my unconcious mother and ran after my dad. I had no idea what was going to happen,but I still ran after him,determined to get some answers. As I ran to the end of the driveway,I saw him take a gun with a silver bullet in it out of his car trunk,and with a gasp,I relized what he was going to do. He placed it to his chest and pulled the trigger,shooting himself in the heart.He fell to his knees,still holding Chiya,and with a smile on his face,he died. The next day came and I was back in the house. I was looking through the sun-protected windows,watching as my both Father's and Chiya's body crumbled into ash. My mother walked up behind me and pulled the curtains shut.
