i just realize i forgot to post this. the mri results- its rotator cuff tendinitis... also know as tendinitis in the sholders i dont need sergery i have to watch what i do.... i cant shovel, mop, or eaven really have snow ball fights crying i have... physical therapy i have to take meds... pain killers and anti-inflammatorys i hope this works out.

my boyfriend actually tryed this however a cop picked him up and drove him the last 500 miles.
ok so the distance was closer to 20 miles, but still!
