Anyways, I went to Borders today with my family and spent all my money on manga . . . I'm so glad my work money is in the bank or I would've spent that and had to start over for my doll savings . . .
NEwho . . . I bought December issue of Shojo Beat, Death Note vol. 8, Hellsing vol. 3, Imadoki vol. 1 (for a friend I'm trying to get into manga), and D.Grayman vol. 3.
My brothers got the new Shonen jump, Zombie powder vol. 2, the newest FMA, and Tsubasa vol. 11. (I'm still waiting for them to finish FMA and Tsubasa so I can read them! scream )
Shojo Beat was good, Death Note was AWESOME!!!! I don't like the new shinigami, though. He seems kinda dense. Ryuk is still (and forever) my favorite. I thought, for the longest time that Ren was a guy . . . and (from the past volumes) WHY DID RYUZAKI DIE??!!!! I love this series. It's getting cooler and cooler.
Hellsing was GORGEOUS, as usual. I love how . . . powerful Alucard is. I have to say though, my favorite scene is still the part in volume two, with all the eyes when he kills the valentine brother. The animation for that nearly made me die, it was so beautiful!
D.Grayman was good, I love the art style! The plot keeps getting more interesting. 3nodding
Shonen jump was good, and Zombie Powder was awesome. Such original characters.
Yeah, I'm rambling here, but where else am I gonna do it? NONE of my friends are into this kind of stuff, really. Not the really close ones who I am allowed to ramble to, which is mostly about dolls, even though they have no idea what I'm talking about.
