Racism is still alive and well today, and can be shown as easily as watching the news. I am shocked and horrified to discover that just in the last two weeks two race related murders by the police were conducted. On Saturday, while leaving a strip club bachelor party, a black man and his two friends were shot 52 times for being suspected of posessing a weapon!!! On Tuesday, an 88-year old black woman was gunned down in her house because cops invaded her home under the suspicion of drugs (they were not in uniform), so she shot one in self defense! This is unacceptable, and were done only because these people were under suspicion, but they were completely innocent. I ccan't believe that these attrocities are still being done in this country I call home.
