i have no reason to-- i know this. i respect this. But oh, how i want to. my heart leaps for you and begs to just lay at your feet and fall asleep there and never have to wake up. But i can't trust you. You know you've hurt me- deeper than dispair. And you know i have no reason to still love you as much as i do.
But i do.
And so i will continue to pretend that i could, maybe, someday, trust you.
But despite fair warning and the continual "catch me, catch me" i still don't trust you.
