Dust.
In shadows it is well hidden, in light it is exposed for all to see.
Dust floats ever present in life, much like my past forgotten.
We are constantly surrounded by this unseen presense, never really aware of how it effects us.
You are the brillance of the sunbeam, pouring into my life, allowing me to see all that I have been unaware of.
I shall look at this pain of my past as I look at the dust.
It will always be there, but it should be nothing to fear.
If I accept its presence, I accept my life...and my past.
I accept this pain, I accept your protection and your love...and I thank you.
