Have you ever opened your eyes and realized you were in a dream?
Have you ever turned your head and suddenly seen the world in a different light?

Your initial impression tells you that everything is fine, that all is as it should be, but you senses tell you otherwise. They whisper to you and say, "You know, you know something is different!"

I have. I believe you must be painfully careful when this happens. Who knows what you have stumbled upon, and you should recognize that you are witnessing something special.

I'm always as quiet as I can be when I experience these moments.
You are an outsider in this familiar but different place and you should not disturb its balance. Everything you touch, every step you take should be careful and light, and if someone speaks to you be courteous. Respond, but respond with a slight nod or whispered reply, do not upset this place with your harsh voice.

Eventually you will blink, or turn your head again and everything will be as it was. The world will seem louder, brighter, more tangible and you are suddenly back in your reality.
