A young genius, Eijiro Hojo is in charge of the Shinra Unit, which was responsible for making Diaage what she is. He is also Diaage's personal warden, something that discomforts Sephiroth to no end, most likely because the man bears the name "Hojo."
When it comes to women, particularly Diaage, Eijiro is bad news. He desires her, but these desires are empty and carnal, one of the few clues that indicate he is like the npc in FFVII.
