My new diet =D
Lose 10lb in a week. 40lb in a month!


First day
Breakfast - black coffee, half grapefruit, 1 slice toast, small tin of beans.
Lunch - 4oz tuna, 1 slice toast, black coffee.
Tea - 2 slices of any cold meat,4z string beans, 4oz beetroot, 1 small apple, 4oz vanilla ice cream.



Second day

Breakfast - black coffee, 1 slice toast, egg poached, half a banana,
Lunch - 4oz cottage cheese, 5 tuc or ritz crackers, black coffee
Tea - 2 slices cold meat, 4oz broccoli, 2oz carrots, half a banana, 4oz vanilla ice cream.


Third day
Breakfast - Black coffee, 1 slice chedder cheese, 1 small apple, 5 tuc or ritz crackers
Lunch - 1 poached egg, 1 slice toast, black coffee
Tea - 4oz tuna, 4oz beetroot, 4oz cauliflowe, half a honeydew melon, 4 oz vanilla ice cream


Toast MUST be dry.

This diet is to be done three times a week. after that you can eat normally.
Eg Monday, tues, wednesday, on diet then the rest off.
