OMG! I can't belivev Rick strangled Jesse! Ok, heres what happened, Jesse (my friend) was being a smart alek and being all smart-aleky and Nicole (my other friend) told him to stop. The VERY NEXT HOUSE the guy gave us 2 pieces of candy. Jesse said, "only two pieces!" and tried too take some more. Next thing he knew, he was being held by the throat and pinned against the wall! Then his parents showed up and talked to Rick, (the guy) and Rick thought that it was OK to strangle some random kid that tries to take ONE FRIGGEN PIECE OF CANDY! Then Rob, (Jesse's dad,) called the police and are thinking about pressing charges. Rick say's that he'll counter sue by saying that Jesse was stealing his property. I wonder who would win! Im sooooooo sorry Nicole that u had to get mixed up in all of this! sweatdrop xp
