Does anyone remember going to bed early on Fridays? I did.
Does anyone remember why? I do.
It was because there were cartoons worth watching, on the old channels, like Fox Kids, which I used to watch Digimon on. I can't really remember when, but I remember it, I also remember that it became Fox Box. I remember that, because Digimon dwindled down into the corny show that pritty much all TV series have become now-a-days.
Who reading this remembers the ORIGINAL Digimon? With Tye, Mimi, and TK. Who remembers Angemon and Angewomon? Who remembers when they collected the cards and action figures? I do, and I still have them lying around.
Old channels. Geez, I could go into a long rant, but I won't, I'll try to keep this simple, and sweet. I remeber, going to bed, like at 7 pm, and getting up at 6 am, to watch TV. I used to watch alot of cartoons. Among the ones I ALWAYS watched before the 8 o'clock cartoons started was "Sherlock Homes In the 22nd Century." I had fun trying to figure out the misterys. Another, when i was at my grandma's house, was the old Spiderman cartoons. That was so long ago, I barely remember it. I remember, watching the original Poke'mon, before the only variation of the episodes was the name of people and places. I used to watch the TV for hours, atleast 5 I'd say. My problem was, that all the good shows, were on at the same time.
Then, Fox Box and Kids WB started getting repetative in episodes and shows. Again. And again. And again. Digimon was taken off air. One by one, all the shows I watched, were either taken off air, or they got so repetative I stoped watching them. I'm wrighting this on a Friday, and its 11:08 pm where I am currently. Do I still go to bed early? Obviously not, and the only way I get to watch those old shows, is on Youtube, if I can find them. I'm 13, and in High School. I remember everything I have said, and am compleetly honest in this.
What am I trying to say here? The cartoon channels watched are gone. Same station, and probably the same name. (Except Fox Box, I KNOW that was taken over, by 4kids.) But, the programs are gone. They are for the littler kids.
I want my saturday morning cartoons back. I want Fox Kids and Fox Box programs back like Digimon and Shaman King. I want Kids WB shows back like Jacky Chan, the original anyway. I want my Saturday Morning Fix.

Now that I have more time, and can elaborate on what I have posted, I would like to. First thing I'm going to rant on first, is the old TV shows.
How many of them are still on that I watched? Poke'mon, Yu-Hi-Oh, and Sonic the Hedghog. First up on the chopping block: Poke'mon. How many people can honestly say they ever watched this show? I can. I can also say, that I thought that Ash's last name, was Catsup, instead of

Next: Digimon. Look to the right everyone. See that picture? This probably isn't what comes to mind when I say "Digimon." But, this is the original Digimon, the series I used to watch. With Tai, Mimi, Padamon, and everyone else. Around my room, I have the Birdamon toy that would evolve, as well as Gabumon, as well as all my trading cards. It's been so long sence I stoped watching Digimon, I barely remember anything. I have, however, reacently started watching it again on Youtube, but man, are the episodes hard to find. And before those of you who watched the later episodes start ranting, let me finish...
I stoped watching shortly after they came up with that soul-uniting crap, with Tai's kids, many, many years after the first and second seasons where over, which I always watched. And defiantly before the Digimon Tammers. Geez, the first and second seasons were great. Geez, I don't realy remember, but I might have watched some of the third season. Though, one and two are the ones I remember the most. I used to collect those digivices you know. Me and my brother. I remember one time, at an open house for elementary school, I brought my digivice and put it on silent, so it wouldn't make a racket when I got a fight, and attached it to my waist, because, those things would get you a fight every-so-many-steeps, which were counted by howmany times it shook. Anyway, I brought it in, and got into a couple fights. Then when I got home, I fought my brother, because he had one, and I won so eaisly. And I was using Padamon! Jeez, Padamon was my favorite Digimon, well, second favorite, I can't remember my first favorite. But that's just a side note, one of my memories. Back to the rant.
Wow, I had more to say on Digimon then I thought....

Hmm, what to talk about know... I think I'll move onto... Yu-gi-oh.
Old old old show. I mean, really old. I may only be 14 ((as of late)) I do remember the original series. With Pegasus ((i think was his name)) and Kiba, and the "heart of the cards." This is another series I quit watching, but I have heard about it through various sources I've heard that Yugi isn't even in it anymore... The stupidity is crazy.... I don't even know what to say... Who would of thunk that TV shows have sunk so low, as to take out the main character?? Certainly not me.

Ok, really short rant for the last one, never did watch it that much, even when they were making half way descent episodes. All well.
Done with old shows in modern times, except for the fact that I heard that they are still making Pokemon episodes. (3/9) Not quite sure if that's accurate, but deing, let it die!!!
