Dear journal,

Today I just found out that a good friend of mine lied to me. And it wasn’t just a little white lie ether. She lied about something really, really serious just to get attention from her friends. She said that her bf died though he really didn’t. And that just really ticks me off that she would do something like that. And she told the supposed dead bf that she was shot here at school. Twice! And that didn’t happen ether. She really is a good person but why? Why the sudden need for attention? Earlier this school year she was put into a mental hospital by her parents for apparently no reason. But seeing what I just found out, maybe they did have one. I don’t know... I should be really mad because of this. But I just don’t know how to feel or what to think. That’s why I’m writing this today. To get it out of my system and think about it later. The only problem is...I CAN’T!!! It’s too big of a problem. I mean, our whole group of friends here already know and I just found out about 20 minutes ago....Well that’s really about all I can say about this. Maybe if I see her today she’ll explain why she did it.
