"Dragon," Nissa said. "We're not going to Rose's house."

"What?" I asked. "Why?"

"Because Rose won't be there," Nissa said. "I just recieved a message from ANTIE. They're taking the Dragonfly to Lia Alit Iil-tia."

"Did you warn ANTIE about the dangers between here and there?" I asked, for the moment forgetting the fact that the Dragonfly was going to be up and about again.

"Yes," Nissa replied. "And they're taking the Dragonfly."

"Wait--Dragonfly?" I said. "She won't make it five seconds through Narpathian space! Do you--" At that moment, a drop pod landed next to us. "Never mind. You've got everthing ready."

Climbing into the drop pod with Nissa, I flew the pod back to the Nerissa Altsoba. Rushing to the bridge, I entered coordinates and said, "Nerissa, how much of a lead do they have?"

One of the display screens changed to Nerisa. "About a day's worth."

"You didn't tell me this sooner?" I asked Nissa. Without waiting for a reply, I said, "All ahead full. We need to catch them before they hit hostile space."
