It was never meant to be this way, but it just happened to turn out this way.
I never wanted to hurt you, but it just turned out that way.
It may seem easy for me to say, but it's the truth so it should be said.
I never wanted to stop loving you...but things got in the way and here we are today.

I'm going to miss you, never stop caring, never stop remembering the times we used to share.
I'm never going to forget all the times that we kissed, the times that spent all alone and away.
I'm going to miss your smile, your words of love and friendship and knowing that I had a trusting friend in you.
But most of all, I'll never forget the love we had...a love so strong, a love so true.
