you sat next to the lake clutching the piece of parchment in your hand. it was a letter from your dad---your mom had passed away and you were
trying your best to control your grief.the tears threaten to barge like a waterfall but you held them in. you wouldn't tell anyone. you wouldn't let
anyone see the pain--you were the strong slytherin, the queen with no feelings---they'll never see this side of you...never.even if you die of
agony you'll never show anyone you were hurting.
you wipe away a tear and decide to get up and go back to the castle.it was dark anyway.as you got up someone pushed you and sent you flying
into the lake.you shrieked and gasped. as you came out you heard someone laugh and you knew who it was at once--- draco malfoy.
draco and you had been enemies for years---he tripped you,made fun of you and his personal favourite---pushing you in the lake. and at any
other time, you would return the favour because thats the way you liked it--both of you.he loved confrontation with you.and you loved
challenging him for the title of the slytherin god (or goddess--in your case). but tonight you didn't have the energy to deal with him.not him.
you just got out of the lake drenchd to the skin.he was still smirking enjoying his latest achievment.
'jerk",you whisper and start to walk away
"well,well ,well",drawled draco sauntering up to you looking very pleased with himself."not even a comeback?finally admitted defeat have we
______?"
"get lost malfoy.not tonight.",you say.the tears were coming back but you would NOT cry. espescially not in front of malfoy.
"my my",smirked malfoy again"why not ______? scared?why dont you just go home and hide behind your mommy?"
that was it.you turned to him your eyes streaming with rageful tears "I CANT YOU JERK---SHES DEAD!!!",you scream and start running.
malfoy stares at you in shock for a minute and runs after you.he catches up to you,grips your arm and pushes you against the wall
"_____ listen!!",he yells. you struggled violently.his grey eyes were looking directly into yours.his grip was firm and he refused to let go.
"no!! let me go!! i cant deal with you right now! i cant!!",you scream through your tears.
he grips your hands and pins them behind your back with one hand. with the other he lifts your chin up and looks into your eyes deeply.
"i'm so sorry ___",he says quietly. you could see the pain in his eyes.he was feeling pain...for you.you stop struggling feeling the grief overcome
you.
"draco!!",you sob and break down in his arms crying in his chest. as you cry he lifts you up and takes you to a corner and kisses you gently--his
lips skim lightly over yours,soothing you, comforting you.---sweet and undemanding.this was a whole new side of draco.
"i love you and i'll always be there for you",he tells you.
"i love you too",you sob."and i hate you for making me say it",you add managing a smile.
draco laughed and kisses you again. then slowly he carries you and takes you back to the castle.
what they thought---
harry-- well shes always been hawt!! but kinda mean ya know? still somethings happened and shes become very frail and quiet. plus shes seeing
malfoy, weird if you ask me... but hes not letting anyone go near her... so i dont know much.
ron--- same as harry. never seen malfoy so protective about anyone before.weird coz they hated each other first,
hermione---she just might change malfoy. its nice to see him finally show consideration for someone else.they kinda look good together.
fred and george--- hawt!! but kinda quiet these days.still we may have just the thing to cheer her up!! *grin and wink*
cedric--- its nice to see draco found himself a pretty girl.shes been quite the queen bee of slytherin,...and malfoy is pretty protective towards her
these days.he refuses to let anyone near her.
pansy--- b***h!!*thats all we got her to say before she ran away sobbing.not very subtle is she?*
draco--- i love her to death, i always have.the only reason i did mean stuff to her is coz i wanted attention from her.but now, i just want her to be
happy again....and i'll do anything for her...anything.
crabbe and goyle--- draco wont let us near her.
dumbledore--- impressive young woman---awful loss--- her mother--- still it might change her attitude.i hope she makes it to the order.
mcgonagall--- i feel awful for her. but draco seems to be taking good care of her.
snape--- feel terrible.i'd take care of her myself if draco wasn't around.*grins evilly. me: ugh you perve!!*
hagrid--- i actually like that girl.shes changed after her...experience.become more open to friends.i hope she gets better soon.
