You sit across from me on a couch
I can’t help but notice your hung over slouch
I wonder and ask
“What could be wrong?”
You look at me deeply and say
“I’ve loved you all along”
I turn bright red
Tears of love stream down my face
And I move so close to you that there is no unused space
You smile at me and put your hand apon my leg
And I look at you with a beg
A beg in my eyes that says
{Just one kiss}
You look at me and say
“You my dear have always been first on my list”
“I have always loved you and there is no doubt”
“I thought you would never love me back”
“That is what I have been so sad about“
With that I sat up and kissed his face
And he ran his fingers threw my hair
As soft as lace
He wrapped his arms around me
And with that
I fell asleep
Softly
And soundly <3 .
