History: Phara displayed her abilities from the day she was born, making the hospital lights and machines in her room flicker while she wailed with unhappiness. Unsure what else to do and unable to handle their daughter's strange abilities, her (human) parents turned her over to a mental care ward where she could be watched 24/7 while they poked and prodded her to figure out what was going on. Her wild fluctuations of power at such an early age, and the possibility her early experiences would turn her to "the dark side", convinced the Elders to set a whitelighter to watch and guide her, disguised as a nurse.
Obviously, she now has certain issues.
