Yes, it's that fateful time of year again... A time of allergies, back-to-school sales, and teachers. ninja
A time when you struggle to kick your brain back in gear after letting it languish for two or three months. burning_eyes
And, along with all that, the orchestra teacher's retired! gonk This new one is CRAZY. She sent me to the bathroom to wash my hands after rubbing my eyes. Then she asked me to pick up a piece of gum. Hello? Apparently, logic doesn't apply to her. I'm switching as soon as possible.
My other teachers are quite nice though. Mr. Mays' voice is... monotonous (probably because he's sixty-odd years old sweatdrop ), but at least the words he uses aren't. I love history, so even if my teacher wasn't my cup of tea, I'd deal with it. My science teacher seems very enthusiastic about her subject, and if a teacher loves the subject she's teaching, she'll make it interesting. They haven't split us into P.E. classes yet, so I'll have to reserve judgement on that. So far, 8th grade is pretty nice.
