so I'm checking out the exchange looking for my coal gunner coat (OMG DONATE PLZ KTHNXBAI!) and decided to head into the game item exchange, just to see if anyone was buying various stuff I have, (they weren't) and I notice someone selling old cans. a user replies and says that to make his tin hat he needs 2.7K cans and would like to buy them.
this gets me thinking,
wasn't the whole point of exchanging fish/trash/whatever into hats (or boots) that YOU caught them and made them into the item?
I remember that's how it used to be, before you could trade game items other than the MP (which still made it hard)
so now I'm wondering why people are taking the easy path, isn't the whole point of questing supposed to be enjoying the journey?
obviously no one cares about my oppinion though,
