I`ve just returned from my brand new dance classes.
And OMFG, I love it! I LO-o-O-o-O-o-O-ve it heart
Not so long time ago, I took some dance lessons - that time, for the first time in my life, I really really fell in love with dance. BUT! My group didn`t last second season, I started college education and... uhh, well, I guess if I tried really hard, I could still make it, but I always was and will be lazy creature, so I stopped and had a one year long break. That time I learned some standards and latin, like english and vienna waltz, tango, cha-cha, rumba, samba, disco, jive, quickstep and so on, so forth. It was fun, but also it somehow changed me inside. I became more open, more easy-going, some says I became freaky sweatdrop I can only say, that I always was like that - only thanks to dancing I dared to show this side of me to other people.
But that`s what *was*.
Now, I started to learn different kind of dance - jazz, modern jazz, funky, hip-hop and so on - even a little bit of ballet eek To put it simply, it`s a dance people use in theatre, in musicals. I bet you know what I mean. It`s modern dance, where you dance in group but alone, no face-2-face contact with your partner.
It`s something different from what I used to do. It`s new and it makes my heart beat faster. And I know that I`ll love it.
It frees your mind, it makes you feel light like feather, or like you would grow wings.
Okay, I blurbed a lot, but I`m so excited and happy that I couldn`t resist heart
Well, I can`t say if I will be able to dance when my college... my two colleges start... but right now, since I still have summer vacations - I WILL DANCE!
And nothing else matters~~~ whee
