*Warm up: Sprint a mile around the track.
*Practice: Drills/Sprints
*End of Practice: [Conditioning] Squats, push ups, killers,
suicides, sprints, jumping jacks, & snakes, + a LOT more.
I love tennis, it's really taught me how to push myself if what I love to do.
