Supposedly Abunai sat at Sora's desk, tapping her fingernails impatiently. Trying to come up with an idea on how to kill destiny was taking up a lot of her time. "This time..." she finally concluded, "Bloody. Brutal. Straight out murder. Nobody will care much about that anyhow when I tell my armies to attack" she stood up, pausing a moment to stretch before walking out the door. "Time to fill my friend in on my purpose" she said, walking towards Tanoshii's room.
Tanoshii was bored. More bored than he usually was. "This is like...sub-catatonic boredom" he thought, barely able to pay attention to anything except the whiteness of the walls, and the red splotch on the floor that still looked fresh. The silence was weighted, pressing heavily on his eardrums. He heard footsteps and the extreme silence broke, and the door opened soon after.
"Tanoshii Yamato" the girl said, walking in and smiling.
"Anything new, eerily familiar girl?" he asked, looking up at her.
"Not particularly. I've decided to no longer keep you in the dark about my reasons, my friend" she said, still smiling cheerfully.
"I have to admit that sounds odd, but I am glad to see a happy face" he smiled back at her.
"Well Tanoshii, I bet you're wondering why I want to take over the universe" she said, sitting next to him.
He nodded, looking curious.
She continued, "It's because I was genetically modified. Not pleasant. People don't accept you for who you are when you're test tube. I killed my family because they thought of it, all excepting my sister, who I have to kill, and now I plan on taking over the planet that made my kind, and all other planets so they don't think of it" she explained.
"Well that...makes sense I suppose" he shrugged, "Going to tell me who your sister is?"
"Not yet" she said, standing up. "Well cutie I have to leave you. I have some buisness to attend to" she said, straightening out her dress.
"I'd like to say I'll miss you but it would be a lie" he said simply.

Destiny stared at a world map at work, trying to figure out where the invaders could be. "They can't be on Earth anywhere. There's nowhere large enough to hide them all" she muttered, chewing on a pencil anxiously.
"Hey Destiny. Whatcha doin'?" Izuko walked up behind her, startling her slightly.
"Oh, Izuko. I'm trying to figure out where my invaders could be" she said, turning back tot he map.
He looked at it as well, and frowned. "Hmm...I think I might have an idea" he said.
"Oh really? Where?" she asked, looking excited.
"The ocean" he said shortly.
She opened her mouth to say something, but couldn't. "The ocean? Really? That's weird. Not impossible, though. Izuko, you're brilliant" she said, grinning.
"Oh, thank you darling. I know I am" he said, very full of himself, "Anyhow, what's with these rumors about being shot? Where?" he asked, raising a single eyebrow.
"Oh yeah. I was shot. Right here" she said, lifting up her shirt slightly, exposing her midriff and the small circular scar.
"Ouch. You're touch, Migoto. Any normal human being would've died" he said, smiling at her. Rather than sarcastic, the smile was genuine. He was really very proud of her.
"Well, Annelise did help, you know" Destiny blushed, looking back to the map.
Walking home by herself that afternoon, Destiny felt as though she was being pursued. "Is there someone following me?" she asked herself quietly, looking over her shoulder. Everyone she saw looked as though they should be in the crowd. No one paid much attention to her. "Right..." she said, raising a single eyebrow.
She came home, to find herself alone again. "Annelise? Whered'ya go?" she called, looking around curiously. She spotted a note pinned to the bulletin board Annelise had on the living room wall. "Destiny," it read, "I went out with Izuko. Should be back around ten, maybe ten thirty. Stay out of trouble! Lotsa love, Annelise"
Destiny raised her eyebrows, "What does she think I am; two?! Stay out of trouble..." she rolled her eyes, walking towards her room. She opened the door, and frowned. In the mirror across from the door, it appeared for a moment as though there was someone standing behind her.
She whipped around, but saw no one there. "Heh...must be imagining things" she laughed nervously. She walked into the room, closing and locking the door behind her. She collapsed on her bed, and sighed. "I wish she'd have told me earlier. Then I could have been better prepared to be alone" she muttered, closing her eyes.
Annelise opened the door at around ten fifteen, and dropped her keys on the counter in the kitchen. "Destiny! I'm home!" she called. There was no answer. "She must be alseep" she concluded. She hung up her coat and took off her shoes, which were killing her.
When she straightened up, an enormous sense of foreboding hit her. "Oh my gosh... something's wrong..." she said, her eyes wide. She ran down the hallway to Destiny's door, and noticed the blood pooling from underneath it, only the white carpet.
"Destiny!" she wailed, trying to open the locked door. "Destiny! Answer me!" she yelled, kicking the door repeatedly. It finally fell down, and she rushed in. There were signs of a struggle, and Destiny's blood was all over the room.
Destiny herself, though now asleep, was hiding in the closet.
"Destiny?!" Annelise yelled, scared that Destiny wasn't there.
With a start, Destiny woke up. "Annelise...?" she asked, blinking heavily. It was dark in the closet, and quiet, so she was having a hard time connecting with her senses.
"Destiny? Where are you?!" Annelise asked, looking around frantically.
"I'm in the closet...open the door" Destiny said, removing her hand from her neck where it was cut. It wasn't bad; her attacker hadn't had time to hurt her badly. But he did get her on several major arteries, which was why there was so much blood in the room.
Annelise threw open the door, and Destiny smiled up at her. "You woke me up..."
"Destiny that's not funny. Are you alright?" Annelise asked concernedly.
"I'm fine. I managed to stop the bleeding after he left. I'll be okay" she said, standing up.
Annelise sighed happily, and threw her arms around Destiny. Destiny looked surprised for a moment, just a little shocked. Annelise held her close, silently crying.

The next morning, Destiny informed Yasashimi of what had happened to her.
"Migoto, this is serious" he said, frowning, "They're getting you at home now. You're not safe anywhere anymore"
Destiny smiled, "Relax, Yasashimi. It's not like I can't handle myself. They barely hurt me last night" she said.
"Yes, but they DID hurt you. I don't want to lose another good officer, Migoto. You, from now on, aren't going out by yourself, not staying home by yourself, nothing by yourself. If I catch you on your own, you'll be demoted. got that?" he said, raising a single eyebrow at her.
She nodded sharply.
"Okay, not get outta here" he said, pushing her out the door.
Annelise waited for Destiny in the room where they seemed to be spending most of their time, the veritable rec-room of HQ.
When Destiny returned, she immediately began interrogating her. "So what did he say, Destiny? Do you have to stay home? Do you have to have protection?" she asked curiously.
Destiny rolled her eyes, "I'm not allowed to be alone anywhere. Anywhere" she said.
Izuko, who always seemed to be in that room, laughed. "Well that not hard to achieve now, is it? You've got us!" he grinned.
Annelise nodded, and Destiny smiled. "I suppose you're right. I'm never alone anyhow. This won't be hard" she agreed, sitting down.
"Precisely!" Izuko said, still smiling brightly.
Destiny sighed again, "But he also said I'm not allowed to go on patrol... by myself. It might be a little hard if we have to split up for some reason" she said.
"Oh, it'll be okay" Annelise said.

Sora watched fascinatedly as the mysterious girl paced around the room. "Why are you pacing?" he asked.
"I'm anxious. That soldier hasn't come back yet" she said shortly.
"Well that's okay. You can wait a few more minutes, can't you?" he asked.
"No! I've waited for hours and I want some information from him!" she shrieked, pausing to stop her tiny, high-heeled foot on the hard floor before pacing again. As she stared again, her phone rang. "Hello?" she answered it calmly, still pacing.
"Miss, it's Hiromu" the voice on the other end said, the soldier she'd been waiting for.
"Oh, Hiromu! Good news, I trust?" she asked.
"Not quite. Migoto got away. One heck of a fight, too" he said.
"She...got...away..." she said slowly, taking a moment for it to register in her brain. She snapped her phone shut, shuddering slightly. "Well, new plan. We have to bring Destiny here. we need an anonymous tip for her to follow, she comes, we kill her and her useless partner all at once, and then we start our attack" she said, smiling.
"You got over that fast" Sora said, raising his eyebrows.
The girl walked into Tanoshii's room, positively beaming. "Tanoshii darling! Good news!" she said cheerfully.
He looked up at her curiously, "What would that be?"
"Get yourself looking nice; Destiny's on her way!" she said, kneeling down in front of him.
"She...is? Oh, the trap. Poor Des" he sighed.
"Poor Des nothing. This means that neither of you have to suffer through the war, right? And you get to see her again!" she said, grinning.
"But not under nice circumstances. Well, at least I do get to see her again before I die" he sighed.
"Yep. And you get to see her die. Nice and painfully. You get to listen to her screams of pain and watch her fall" she said.
Tanoshii's eyes widened, "No, don't do this to me. Don't do this to her. Please" he said, looking up at her.
"No can do, Tanoshii. This plan is permanently set. Though perhaps..." she trailed off, looking thoughtful.
"Perhaps what? You'll let Destiny go and take me instead?" he asked hopefully.
"No. When Destiny is dead and I leave this planet, Maybe rather than killing you I'll take you with me. You're cute, and sweet. You'd make a good...friend" she giggled, walking out of the room.
Tanoshii moaned, falling over. "I can't believe this!" he said, staring at the ceiling.

The next morning, Destiny decided to get through the massive pile of paperwork on her desk. She stared at the papers, and sighed heavily. "I guess I should get this done, so when the time comes, I can actually go out and help defeat this Abunai person dude" she said, picking up a pen. She picked up the first paper, and skimmed over it, signing whatever she had to. "Hey, that wasn't so bad" she said, smiling, "I should get through this pretty fast after all!"
Destiny collapsed on the couch after walking home with Annelise.
"Did you finish your paperwork? I heard you muttering about it this morning" Annelise said, walking into the living room.
"No. I think I got writer's cramp and I'm not even halfway through" she said, frowning.
Annelise just laughed, "Writer's cramp? From paperwork?! Must be a lot of paperwork, then" she giggled.
Destiny cuffed her over the head, "Not funny!"
"Sheesh, sorry" Annelise rolled her eyes.
"Well, you try writing out reports like that! Not a lot of fun! I thought it'd be only a couple things to sign but no! Most of it was very detailed reports and stuff!" Destiny said, crossing her arms and looking away.
"At least you'll be done soon enough. You really should do everything when you get it. You'd have a lot less to do" Annelise said.
"I know. I've just never been able to keep up with that kind of thing. I do things on my own time, when I want to" Destiny said.
"Good for you! Walk to the beat of your own drum! Carpe diem! And all that jazz!" Annelise said, grinning.
Destiny sneered at her. "Very funny"
The next day, Destiny attempted to finish her haperwork, which wasn't as easy as she thought it would be. "Must...finish paperwork..! Have...to go...outside!" she said desperately, her face stuck to her desk. She had fallen asleep out of boredom, accidentally drooled all over the desk, and now her face was glued to it.
She braced herself, and sat straight up. "Ouch!" she yelled, rubbing her face. Everyone in the office looked at her, as she was very loud. "Don't stop now, peoples! Keep working!" she said, clapping her hands. They all looked back to whatever they were doing, leaving her alone.
"Aren't you done yet?" Annelise asked, walking up to her to check on her, as she was supposed to.
"Not even" Destiny sighed.
Annelise stared at the innumerable papers, "That's an awful lot. Are you sure all of them are for you?" she asked curiously.
"I think so. I haven't really been paying attention to that. The pain in my wrist and the sheer enormity of the task is enough to distract me from that fact. If you gave me a release form for Tokyo's ten most dangerous criminals, I'd probably sign it and not know what I signed" Destiny said, shaking her head sadly.
"Maybe you need to take a break" Annelise said, grimmacing.
Destiny's eyes widened at the thought of it, "No! When I come back the pile will be bigger! Will-this-never-end?!" she said, banging her head on her desk with the last four words.
"Probably not. Live with it for the next thirty odd years" Annelise said, walking away.
"Curse you!" Destiny muttered, shaking her fist at Annelise before rubbing her face again, "Ouch! I think I pulled off a layer of skin!"
At the end of the work day, Destiny was three quarters of the way through her work. "Yay! I'll be done tomorrow!" she said happily, jumping up when she finally realized that everyone else in the building had gone home. "By this time tomorrow, I'll be free!" she said, skipping out.
Whe she jumped on her motorcycle, which she had ridden to work that morning, she glanced at her watch, and gasped loudly. "Yikes! I was supposed to be home three hours ago! Annelise is going to kill me!" she moaned, rolling her eyes and slipping her helmet on. "Good thing this is fast" she muttered.
Annelise stood at the door waiting for Destiny to come home. When Destiny finally came running down the hall, she frowned. "What took you so long?! I was off work three hours ago!" she yelled.
"I know. I'm three quarters of the way finished, though! By tomorrow I'll be done!" Destiny said, pleading her defence.
"Good for you, but you still have to tell me when you're going to be late, Destiny. Yasashimi told you you couldn't be alone. For all I know, you could've been dead and I wouldn't have known!" Annelise said, truely looking distressed.
Destiny smiled weakly, "Annelise, you shouldn't worry so much about me. I really would've been fine" she said, putting her hand on Annelise's shoulder.

The next day, Destiny finished her paperwork right away, and not a moment too soon. She put down her pen, and place the last paper on the neat pile of finished ones. Then she sat, and stared into space.
Annelise walked past, and raised her eyebrows. "What's with you?" she asked, waving her hand in front of Destiny's eyes.
"I think I sprained my brain" Destiny said blankly, still staring at nothing.
"That's a little weird. How'd you manage to do that?" Annelise asked.
"I finished my paperwork in record time. But..." Destiny trailed off.
"But...what?" Annelise asked still concerned.
"But I read it as well. Too much information, literally. I think my head is going to explode" Destiny said shortly.
Annelise's eyes widened, and she dropped to the floor, "Duck and cover!" she said, putting her hands over her head.
Destiny kicked her in the shin. "Very funny. I'm laughin' here. Get to work... whatever it is that you do here" Destiny said, frowning.
"Fine. And for the record; that hurt" Annelise said, flipping her hair and walking away.
"I don't need you!" Destiny yelled after her. She turned on her computer for something to do, and found that she had an e-mail. "Hm..." she raised her eyebrows, opening it.
It was a tip from the same sender as the last mysterious e-mail, about where to find Tanoshii. "Oh...my gosh..." she muttered, her eyes wide. She looked over her shoulders, to make sure no one was watching her, and squealed. "Finally! I'll go alone; Yasashimi would never let me go and Annelise would worry too much" she said, jumping up and sneaking out of the building.
