Got there with plenty of time to spare ( I had to drive equivalent to driving to work to get to my appointment at the Big Hospital in the same city/ area as my work. > or = to 30 miles. )
Got the results of Breathing Test, CT Scan ( Of Lungs ) & Heart Echograph.
Breathing Test -
I have mild restrictive breathing issues.
I have decent Ox Lv's 95% / 96% but due to my present health as well as past internal scaring my breathing itself is better than "Moderate" but not "Good" per-say.
CT Scan ( Of Lungs ) - I have two small calcified nodules in my lungs which are not anything special to worry about.....I have a 8mm node in one lung at the top we will be watching. ( I do another CT in 3 months. )
Heart Echograph - I have a stressed Aortic Value which could be my present health or not. Without other symptoms or without ruling out future issues its ok.
Lose Weight, Lower BP, Cholesterol ( Try to make sure its not high. )

- My lungs had past scarring from what we think was past illness + being around my dad who has smoked forever.
- Past signs of Emphzima as well, likely as well smoke from my dad's smoking for decades around me.
