Yeah good is always followed by despair for me.....today was when things broke.
I went to bed an my mind was absorbed in worries I know will come but I cannot stop...fears of being alone some day, passing on of my parents, my failure as a human being at "Adulting" often, my failure as a Son to my parents, my self loathing at a failed life of nothing special nor important, why my Sister wasn't born but I was, my health...
A friend maybe leaving Gaia an no idea if they will return, all I could do was assure them I care an we are still friends. To be safe an careful.
