I still can hear your beating heart from deep within the ground,
people call me crazy while I hear the sickening sound.
Your voice is calling me while my heart is ripped and torn,
while I scream I wish that I was never even born.
Tonight is my last chance to join you in Heaven or Hell,
just please promise that you will never tell.
I put the knife to my wrist and hope for the best,
that you will forgive me and just forget the rest.
I never meant to let you die all alone like that,
your funeral progressed while I sobbed on a mat.
May our souls rest in peace when I finally die,
I only wish to live long enough to see my father cry.
