Unhappy with my work right now.

Boss GM *General Manager* & his little "Pet" b***h Lead/ "Area Manager" are trying to control everything they can set thier pea-brains to control.

Gm is a Narcissist an just doesn't listen or asks questions and has as an answer he expects to hear as if anything anyone says is automatically wrong or just unneeded. Talks over people or doesn't let a person finish talking like he is in some hurry to talk or to me in my opinion thinks someone is going to say something he doesn't wanna hear.

As well he is a "Ive got 10 yrs of management exp from Lowe's so I know how to manage a retail camping & outdoors store" b*****d. rolleyes scream

As well as just plain ignoring or "Listening" to people only to say..."Well lets just do it my way an see? Ok?" an thats it.
