This is gonna be long with lots of pics, just to forwarn you... (The first 2 paragraphs are pretty much just me venting)
Overall, Band Camp was actually okay, or at least better than I expected, although I am completely exhausted (muscles that I had forgotten I had ache) and really, really burnt gonk . Go figure, I don't tan at all, I just burn. Some of the stuff we did was completely ridiculous, like doing extreme basics on 105 degree, humid, sunny days cry . Not to mention we didn't even get done half of what we normally get done. We normally finish all 4 drills, this year we didn't even get 2, since the first 6 sets aren't even written, so we started at set 7... Whatever. stare
Oh, and the football field that we practiced on was 1.5 miles away... Each day we had to walk there after breakfast, walk back to the dorms for our 3 hour break at noon, be back to the field by 3:00, then get a 2 hour dinner break back at the dorms, then we went back AGAIN to the field and practise until 9:00, and then BACK to the dorms, had sectionals until 11:30, and then lights out at 12:00, wake-up call at 6:45, breakfast at 7:00, and do it all over again! So basically, just walking to and from the field, thats like 9 miles a day, not to mention all the walking we do ON the field with drilling and basics gonk
So Wednesday, me and Meghin were sitting in her room during lunch break talking about Harry Potter (don't ask why) and were thinking about what will happen after book 7, so we came up with
Harry Potter: The After Years
Harry: If alive, resides in St. Mungos with Mr. and Mrs. Longbottom
Ron/Hermione: "Joyously" married with 7 french-speaking kids (don't ask)
Bill/Fleur: Marry with 700 kids, then divorce because Bill is ugly
Charlie: Severly deformed from recent dragon attack, suffering from severe burns and loss of right arm
Mr./Mrs.Weasly: Both die of heart attacks. Causes unkown
Fred/George: Experimenting with weapons of mass destruction
Hagrid/Madame Maxime: Happily married living in French Alps. Hagrid is bald due to radiation poisoning from Fred and Georges experiments
Peter Pettigrew: Eaten by Crookshanks
Crookshanks: Dead due to rat poisoning
Seamus: Fat, drunken slob married to a leprauchan
Draco Malfoy: Currently a crack addict
Severus Snape: Sitting in a white room in the fetal position listening to voices calling him a "bad man"
Voldemort: Currently trapped in an egg, imprisoned for all eternity
Neville: Single, living with his 317 and 7/15 cats
Ginny: Single, with 2000 different types of talking plants
Dobby/Winky: Happily living in a den made of socks while Dobby chews on socks and Winky drinks herself to death
Sirius: Still trapped behind drapery, dazed and confused
Dumbledore: Dead, but content
I know, that was long and probably confusing, but it was really funny at the time.
So the guy in red shorts is some "hawt guy" that Meghin wanted a pic of...
