UPDATE:
Well the guy had insurance.... Ishi just talked to the cop cop and well he put it off as if the whole thing was my fault... heh... it kinda makes me wanna cry... I also went to see my car and well.. to me it looks kinda good, to my mom it doesnt, and to my uncle he cant make up his mind and he doesnt count cause last time he said a car wasnt totalled it was..... heh... i feel like crap right now....
