Everyone has an expiration date. It's important to gain the ability to save yourself. Even with the supportive people in your life motives, feelings, and circumstances can and will always change your current present. Learning to save yourself will prepare you for harder battles that might not be so hard later.
In your ability to save yourself from a harder life altogether. Trust yourself with the small battles first before taking on the big ones. If you need a helping hand or at your limit, then you could tag your teammate to help you. But even they have their limits and cannot always fight the battle ahead for you. That's when you must stand on your own two feet and keep moving forward.
