seriously if nothing improves by saturday then theres more to this than just earwax buildup cuz even after clearing some of it out and me adding these eardrops, something's gotta give

i can't wait until saturday tbh and its really hard to ignore this ******** sound in my ears i hate it so much

even then what if more earwax removal causes the tinnitus to stay. i guess i can bear the ringing i just hate the fuse wind sound ugh ******** it all
