The Marketing Strategy of Nintendo
I think that it is extremely smart. They are trying to get people who have never played a video game to start buying their stuff, and it's working. Many people complain that nintendo only makes games for kids. Now that is completely untrue. Nintendo makes games for people of all ages. Whether it's the gun-slinging action in red steel or the horse-riding action in final furlong. They also complain about graphics. I think that making a game more or less realistic doesn't impact gameplay at all. Games were created so people could escape reality, not be caught up in it. People are trying to make games look like live-action movies. Why not just watch a movie instead of playing a game then? I could talk about this forever, but I'm getting tired of typing, besides, no one is reading this anyway.
