Repairing the system. Clean install of XP, all important files backed up.
Forgot to save bookmarks and deauthorize itunes Dx
Not as bad as what Mum forgot, though - she forgot to back up her 'My Pictures' folder xD She's lost SO MUCH. She's a geneaologist, so there's some holes now :O
