As the shadows were cast upon the floor i caught an interesting sight.
the vineyard's door was ajar.
As i peered inside i smiled with glee.
Vines,vines,with more vines.
the ground had filled the room with an eerie cold green.
As i walked upon the place i found an interesting thing had taken place.
What seemed a vein had morphed and shown it's form.
the visible hand as i observed seemed one with the floor.
It's tender warmth must have been all too much for the vines.
As i peeled away a body fell onto me.
The maid's skin had lost it's shape and eyes were no longer there.
The vines had made her their's and taken her.
It was then that i tore my arm but pain did not follow.
It was then in this place without time or space that an interesting thing took place.
My skin had slowly morphed with the vines around me and bled a pale green.
This pain had filled my body with happiness but killed my maid.
The vines gave warmth to me which must have been the maid's but no longer did these thoughts roll through my head.
