Why? Well, this little rant here kinda sums up my feelings.

Christmas is coming soon. So what? The things I want don't come in a box. I want good marks, prospects of a decent job on the horizon, art lessons and time to go travelling. I pretty much have most of the material things that I want, besides money, a car and a place to call my own, but hopefully I will earn those things in the near future the way things are going.

I have all my gifts for my friends, but I promised my mom I'd help her cook. My sister's coming back today, she also has her friend's guinea pig that she has to bathe and care for over this weekend. As for me, in between cooking and work (I'm pulling holiday shifts at the clinic), I need to get around to visiting relatives. After meeting my friends tommorow to exchange gifts, I agreed to help my mom clean the house and cook the turkey tommorow, we're going to my uncle's for Christmas, I'm also making a berry torte that my aunt gave me a recipie for. Then I do my shift as fast as I can, then hurry to get to my relative's house.

I was cooking (made spring rolls and truffles) and cleaning today too, as well as doing the event (I only have one present so far). I was also playing Diablo, I bought the battle chest recently and got around to installing it a couple of days after. I'm going to install Diablo II later on as well, but for now, I'd rather just do some mindless dungeon crawling, thought doing some multiplayer with someone would be nice.

As for that movie extra thing, I guess production's off untila fter the holidays. In any case, I probably won't have time until later. That photographer guy called a couple of days back, thinking I still owed him money for the pictures, but I reminded him of the cheque I sent him and he realized I didn't owe him a cent. I swear he's such a weirdo who likes to hear himself talk, but he takes good pictures and that's what's important.

Well, better get my presents ready.
