So after much debating and arguing (with myself--sad, isn't it?), I've decided I'm going to write this story. It's going to take me a while (hence the 'June 2007' on my trailers); I haven't progressed any further with the nearly-nonexistent plot, and I still only have three characters...but I'm still going to write it.
Consider this journal entry the official KAWATTA KAISEN website, with character profiles, trailers & videos, etc.
The KAWATTA KAISEN prologue will be posted June 2007--no earlier, no later.
Keep in mind that all of the information below is tentative and may be changed.
CHARACTERS
MIZUKI
( the hero )

&&Age: 15
&&Place of birth: Unknown
&&Current home: Traverse Town - Third District (in the "vacant" house)
&&Weapon: Keyblade (gained later in the story)
APPEARANCE: Blue eyes. Layered, shoulder-blade length brown hair that looks blonde under the right light, usually kept in a loose bun.
ATTIRE: A dark purple jacket with black pockets, plum-colored fingerless gloves, a black silk dress with a suede tiered skirt, an indigo belt, black knee-length combat boots with purple laces. All in all, it's an uncomfortable outfit for Mizuki to fight in at first, but she gets used to it.
HISTORY: Mizuki remembers nothing about her past, only that she woke up in Traverse Town after her home was attacked a few years ago. She moved into the vacant house in the Third District and has lived there ever since.
NOW: She's been seen around town in all three districts, but no one except a choice few know where Mizuki resides. When the Heartless first invaded Traverse Town, she began sleeping in the Synthesis shop in the First District in order to avoid dealing with them. She may dress like a girl, but despite the skirts, Mizuki is a tomboy at heart and would rather spend the day sparring with friends than shopping for shoes.
YUKIRA

&&Place of birth: Hollow Bastion (now Radiant Garden)
&&Current home: A run-down shack near the Bailey of Radiant Garden.
&&Weapon: Cutlass
APPEARANCE: Green eyes. Sleek, shoulder-length brown hair, sometimes worn with a white headband.
ATTIRE: A pine-green, medium-length-sleeved shirt with slits on either side, held together with criss-crossing black silk ribbons, two brown suede belts that form an 'X' across her hips, a black leather skirt, thigh-length boots laden with silver buckles.
HISTORY: The only thing known about Yukira's history is that her parents were killed during the attack on Hollow Bastion. She prefers to keep everything else to herself.
NOW: Yukira spends most of her time training in and around the Bailey. She's an excellent fighter, with skills in both swordfighting and hand-to-hand combat, but she tends to avoid all contact with the rest of society; as a result, only a handful of people knows she exists. She has no friends, and she prefers to keep it that way. However, despite her antisocial demeanor, Yukira isn't afraid to lend a helping hand when need be, and she always has some wise words of advice ready to leap off the tip of her tongue.

AISUKO

APPEARANCE: Scarlet eyes. Waist-length blue hair with a hint of red at the tips.
ATTIRE: A long-sleeved, midnight-blue dress with black lace forming a row of X's down the top half and a slit up the right side that reveals black leather shorts underneath, black ankle boots.
HISTORY: There isn't much to Aisuko's history; she's a Nobody (whose Nobody, no one knows) who was taken into Organization XIII as Roxas's replacement.
NOW: Aisuko's current location is unknown; she went into hiding after Xemnas was destroyed. She has developed a strong hatred for all Keybearers.
