So... like every one else, I've been playing Word Bump. It's so nerve wracking at the higher levels because you have extra letters to contend with. And you're like... "oh yeah, that letter."
I tend to wait for the Announcement power-up rather than using the others. But I get them frequently enough that I don't have to wait too long for them to form. It cuts down on having to worry about another letter.... especially on higher levels.
I sometimes have to remind myself that you can use two letter words, because that's unusual for a word game, so I tend to spell out words with three or more letters.
I just lost a game on level 81. That's the farthest I've gotten so far. The bonus levels on the file letter rounds are hard cause you're rushing with little time. And then, sometimes my mouse would be slightly off, so I'd miss a critical letter block. Finally, I got doctorate credits from a bump bonus level on 80. Homans! Finally.
I can't play that game more than two or three times in a day. You just need a break after it.
But, yay! Doctorate Credits. Whee!
This game is well made. the animations are smooth and fun to watch. The color-mixing on the power ups is pretty clever. I'm not so sure about using an existing song. Not that I don't like the song. I love the song. The word list is decentle sized. I've been able to use some words that suprise me.
Sluts
Whore
Rape
Poop
rofl Oh, how dirty. I used "poop" today. I was a little suprised, because "poo" doesn't work.
I wonder how many credits you'll need for the Gaia University items. ninja
