...seven A.M.
Anime Expo 2k6 was quality, and if I saw you there, much love. If you were there and I didn't see you, much love anyway. The Gaia panel, despite being unorganized, was excellent. I like throwing stuff at people. ninja I also like my wristlets, which are Gaia-tastic and look like gauntlets because they are so wide. Sweet, sweet Gaia swag, although my favorites are my nitemare minis, which came from Snaptastic and which look awesome. heart
I had a whole bunch of emotastic stuff to say post-con, but I'll skip that for now because public wallowing in one's own rejection and misery is not very becoming. I've been a little peeved with Gaia recently, due in no small part to a very, very bad job taken to pay the bills, but I'm done with that. What it comes down to is that I feel a little out-of-touch with the forums-- again, I blame my real job, which eats up all my time and energy-- and that's lame. For all I've been working on them, it's been more and more difficult to post, both because people sometimes head-hunt mod posts and because people are afraid to disagree with me or some silly thing, and that doesn't work for anyone. I mean, hell, for all a lot of the current ED posters know, I was never a user or a prolific poster. I don't dig being faceless. Since I'm working on getting a new job, I'm hatching a plan to get my butt back into the forums. This will, I hope, be a beneficial move. My Gaia life on the whole is in a state of flux at the moment, so...I'm going to cross my fingers and hope for a really good outcome. It's all what you make of it, they say, and while not universally true I think it works when it comes to Gaia.
So. A few more weeks of sporadic online time, then I'll be moved and no longer working full-time, and...damn. No witty closing line. I er uh, didn't see that coming. whee

And now for something completely different...
...or as different as a damned blog can be, anyway. It started out as a project, it devolved into a chronicling of my misanthropy, rage, and occasional fits of glee. It sounds good, though, and might even make you laugh.

Anyway, if your worried about mod-status unfairly persuading people's opinions, why not go undercover with a mule? Or put something in your signature or something.
You need to incorporate this following line somehow into a witty ending. Or just say it cause it's kewl lyke taht. It'll be my senior quote, so yeah. >>;
