~a dreamer's diary~
*YAWN*
I'm feeling the need to write an entry, but damned if I can think of anything worth writing. It's just like this every day when I pick up my paper-journal. I'll look at the one page I make myself write daily, and go "wtf can I put down that will matter even a week from now"? Ah, but the internet is awesome. Here I can write whatever pointless babble I want, and it's alright. In fact, I'm doing it right now.

But yes, I'm ever so tired right now. I'll just post to reassure you loyal readers that I'm not dead for yet one more day, and then scurry off to hopefully sleep. Your comments assignment: Give me something to talk about tomorrow. Night, all. -_-;;;

    Ooo, an assignment? whee

    Something to discuss:

    Reformulated: Is it morally right to download and listen to music made by an artist with political and social views you strongly disagree with, since while you're not supporting him financially (and, in a way, making him lose money, through pirating), you're, in a way, supporting him by playing his music?

    Agh! How dare you make me do something ED-ish, you know it makes me break out in hives! gonk ...alright, for you I will. But I'm only going to do this in comment form, since I haven't got anything worthwhile to say on the subject.

    Personally, if the artist makes good music, I would download it. If not, then I wouldn't. I don't pay close attention to musicians'/actors'/etc. political beliefs, simply because I think most strongly-opinionated artists are misusing their fame to get their agendas out there. But no, I don't think it's morally wrong. I doubt it's a moral issue at all. It doesn't matter. People are going to express their beliefs with or without the help of some MP3-pirating teenager in Midwestern suburbia. whee

    This is good, though. I'm going to have to make comments assignments part of my usual entries. (At least then I'll actually GET comments. ^^; )
