An organization who had mastered the developement of Dyclonius, attempted to make n from scratch. He was unusual. His horns bore more of a resemblance to mechanical cat ears, still keeping the bone color. His hair was short and blonde on top, long and purple on the bottom. His behavior was like Lucy's: merciless, a killing machine. They named him Avanti. Unable to control or contain this monster for long, that organization began work on another after stealing one of Avanti's strands of hair. This new Dyclonius was smaller, more feminine, so he was named Lira. Lira was made to neutralize Avanti's strength, but failed. The two fought fiercely until Avanti was just moments away from killing Lira, but he stopped and dropped his weapons. The two were seemingly brothers. Though Avanti hated the younger Dyclonius, he protected him and cared for him as best he could. The two soon started to kill humans. Going to inns and other crowded places, leaving needles, blood, and corpses behind. Eventually, Lira's lower right arm and hand grew permanently stained with blood, as did Avanti's left. The organization that had created these two perfect killer brothers knew their creations were too powerful and dangerous. There was no choice but to kill tehm both. As a result of their attempts, Lira was separated from Avanti, losing his killer instict.
